The objective of the practical was to analyze a recent product launch and how the various marketing methods performed.
Below are the charts I created to asses the success of each marketing method.
The charts below show that an initial email followed up by a call is the most effective method out of the three.
The business metric I chose to measure is the mean revenue for each group as that includes all data points and is the best representation of the various groups. This is the metric to monitor moving forward to continually asses if the email + call method is the most effective.


The boxplots below show the spread of the data but exclude outliers that could be import when comparing continuous data.
For this reason I believe the chart above which is showing the mean of the sales method and distribution is the most import chart when assessing the effectiveness of a sales method.
